1) DESIGNED FOR CIRCULARITY

All components of the CIRCLE JACKET are derived from mono-materials. The design was created so that they can be separated back into their original materials. This allows us to ensure pure material flows that can be reused at the end of their life, or processed into materials of the same quality. This closes the circle of the CIRCLE JACKET FROM ADA. With our takeback program, we guarantee the reuse of all Materials.

With this product, a paradigm shift towards durable and recyclable products is to be achieved. The future is circular. And our CIRCLE JACKET is the first step towards it.

2) LOCAL ORIGIN AND REGIONAL PRODUCTION:

Yeah, there's a jacket that hasn't been flown around the globe twice: All components of our CIRCLE JACKET are produced in a production radius of 400 km in the heart of Europe. The processing of the jacket takes place in the tailor shop von Alice and Susanne at our premises in Switzerland. The name of the collection is dedicated to the tailor Ada, who is also responsible for the careful realization of our Net-Swimwear

 3) MADE FROM BIOLOGICAL AND RECYCLED MATERIALS:

For the inner fabric we have knocked on the door of the big Italian brands and use their nylon surpluses, which bring new life to the seasonal collections (so-called "dead stocks"). We have restricted ourselves exclusively to black fabrics. Nevertheless, there may be slight variations in the inner fabric from jacket to jacket.

We produce our snap fasteners in cooperation with Prym Eco Green. We use only materials made of biological PE. This natural resource is obtained from one hundred percent sugar cane, thus revolutionising the practice for this textile component. By using natural materials, we avoid the use of fossil raw materials and the resulting

greenhouse gas emissions. Our sugar cane snaps are manufactured in Germany and are one hundred percent recyclable.

The warm winter jacket is equipped with PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation. This means that our lining consists of 70% recycled polyester. In the next few months this percentage will be increased to 100% in cooperation with our manufacturer. PrimaLoft® is not just an artificial alternative to the conventional down feather - the modern developed lining provides moisture resistant cold protection in high quality outdoor clothing and is also manufactured in Southern Germany.

The circle is closed by the windproof outer fabric. It consists of regenerated fishing nets and nylon remnants. The material, which is produced under strict quality criteria and sold under the ECONYL® brand, is woven for us in Como (Italy) according to our highest quality standards.

4) GUARANTEED LONGEVITY:

With our take-back program we give jackets that are at the end of their life span new life and mend them for free for five years after purchase. If a patch doesn't help anymore, the individual parts are separated and then reused or recycled. To encourage returns, the customer gets 20 percent with the next purchase. One less jacket that ends up in landfills or floods the import flow of old clothes to developing countries.
